Privacy policy

Short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to work with you, and we don't track you or sell anything.

Who we are

JamFam Media is a creative studio in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, run by Aiden Edwards. Aiden is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Questions or requests: aiden@jamfammedia.ca or 306-961-0720.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. When you use the Start a project form we receive your name, email, and anything else you fill in: phone number, business or band name, the services you're interested in, your timeline, budget and message. If you email, call, text or message us on Instagram, we receive what you send there.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, quote and plan your project, and keep a record of our conversation. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Where it goes

Form messages are sent to the JamFam Hub, the private inbox we use to manage our projects. The website is hosted by Netlify and the Hub runs on Render; these service providers may store data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. Only JamFam Media can read your messages.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. YouTube videos only load from YouTube after you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. If we add analytics or ads tracking in the future, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

We keep project messages as long as we need them to work with you and for our business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email aiden@jamfammedia.ca and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
