East Side of 2nd — Rookie Numbers Tour Campaign
Objective
The goal of this project was to position East Side of 2nd as an exciting, vibrant, and emerging act while capturing the band’s retro-inspired identity.
The visual direction needed to feel fresh and modern, while incorporating vintage elements that reflect the band’s sound and personality.
Additionally, the tour poster needed to be highly readable, easily editable for multiple cities, and instantly attention-grabbing both online and in physical environments.

MOTION GRAPHICS AND VIDEO
Our Role
JamFam Media was responsible for developing the full promotional video package supporting the Rookie Numbers release and tour announcement.
This included sourcing and acquiring video footage, designing custom motion graphics, editing promotional content, and producing final deliverables optimized for both social media and in-arena commercial playback.
Video Production & Motion Graphics
We created a cinematic launch video featuring custom motion graphics designed to introduce the band’s new era and build anticipation around the release.
Motion graphics were developed to establish brand consistency and elevate the overall production value.
Commercial & Arena Promotion
JamFam Media produced a full commercial video used during WHL games as part of a partnered promotional campaign.
The video was optimized for large-screen playback, ensuring strong visual impact in a live sports arena environment.
Social Media Campaign Assets
We created multiple short-form promotional clips designed specifically for social media platforms, helping generate excitement leading up to the release and tour.
Each asset was optimized for platform-specific formats including vertical and square video.
Print & Tour Poster System
JamFam Media designed a complete tour poster system to promote East Side of 2nd’s Rookie Numbers Tour across Western Canada.
These posters were produced for physical distribution and displayed in music venues, public spaces, and local businesses in each tour city.
Objective
The primary goal was to create a poster that was:
• Instantly recognizable from a distance
• Easy to read in busy, low-light environments
• Vibrant and eye-catching to attract attention
• Flexible and easily updated for multiple tour dates
Consistency was critical to ensure the band built strong visual recognition as the tour moved from city to city.
Design Approach
The design was built around the established album artwork to maintain a cohesive campaign identity.
Bold typography, high-contrast colors, and a structured layout ensured key information such as city, venue, and date could be read quickly.
The layout was also designed using a modular system, allowing JamFam Media to efficiently update tour details while maintaining brand consistency across all locations.
Real-World Application
The posters were printed and distributed throughout Western Canada and displayed in:
• Music venues
• Concert halls
• Bars and entertainment spaces
• Local businesses
• Community poster boards
These physical materials played a key role in supporting tour promotion and strengthening the band’s professional presence.

Album Cover & Photography
The album cover served as the visual foundation for East Side of 2nd’s Rookie Numbers release and broader tour campaign. JamFam Media was responsible for both the photography and design, ensuring the final artwork was original, cohesive, and aligned with the band’s evolving identity.

The artwork needed to function across multiple formats, including physical production and digital streaming platforms, while also serving as the core visual element for the entire release campaign.
Creative Direction & Photoshoot
To achieve this, JamFam Media planned and executed a custom photoshoot with the band to capture original imagery specifically for this phase of their career.
We began by gathering visual inspiration and discussing the creative direction with the band to define the desired tone, energy, and overall message.
JamFam Media then handled the full photography process, including:

• Professional editing and color grading
The goal was to capture visuals that felt authentic, energetic, and aligned with the Rookie Numbers identity.
